Your uploaded audio/video files, clips, and transcriptions are:

  • Processed by our AI systems to generate transcriptions, detect viral moments, and produce video clips
  • Rendered into video variations with subtitles, effects, and custom branding as you configure
  • Stored securely on encrypted servers (Supabase and Cloudinary)
  • Accessible only to you and team members you authorize
  • Distributed to social media platforms only when you explicitly initiate such distribution
  • Deleted upon your request or account termination

14.3 AI Training

We do NOT use your specific content to train AI models. We may use anonymized, aggregated metadata (such as error patterns, language statistics, or clip engagement patterns) to improve our service, but your actual audio files, video files, clips, and transcription content are never used for AI training purposes.

14.4 Third-Party AI Providers

Your content may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as AssemblyAI for transcription and Anthropic Claude for content analysis) to deliver our services. These providers are contractually obligated to:

  • Process your data only for the purpose of providing transcription services
  • Not use your content for training their AI models
  • Delete your content after processing (typically within 24-72 hours)
  • Maintain appropriate security measures
